Keeping Mosaic COVIDSafe - 16 July 2021

We are getting in touch to give you an update on how Mosaic is, and plans to stay, COVID-safe.

To ensure the safety of our clients and employees we already have:

· visitor sign-in at each of our sites;

· health and hygiene practices consistent with Public Health requirements,

· encouraging clients and employees to get vaccinated and facilitating this where we can,

· social distancing under Public Health directives,

· the ability to take temperature checks if required,

· check-in Tas QR code for our retail shop, and

· testing our COVID-Safe Plan to prepare us in the event of an outbreak or lockdown.

Although Tasmania has been COVID free for many months now, rising cases across Australia have prompted us to review our COVID safe planning.  We wanted to share our approach with you.

As an essential service, our preference is to always continue offering our services. Mosaic will only stop offering select services if directed to do so by Public Health.

If this is required, we will work with clients, families and employees for the best and safest solution at the time.

A summary of questions and answers is provided in this letter and you can find regular Mosaic COVID-19 updates and news on our website.

If you have any questions or concerns, you are encouraged to contact your Program Manager or Coordinator.

Yours Sincerely

Keryn Welch
