Clients and Family Communication - 24 April 2020
24 April 2020
Dear Mosaic Clients and Families
I hope this letter finds you all well and that you are adjusting and managing the changes to daily life that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has presented us all with. Mosaic Support Services continues to provide Essential Support Services in a tailored way in response to the needs of all our clients and families and follows the directions from Government both Federally and at State level.
As an organisation we have been working to maintain alternatives to regular support options where necessary. We continue to triage and identify priority areas and plan for response scenarios if the unfortunate situation of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis arises. In the last few days we have been pleased to see positive cases of COVID-19 slow within our state and we hope to see this pattern continue. We have been paying close attention to the Premier’s continued messaging to remain vigilant and not relax any restrictions just yet. While reduced cases of COVID-19 is encouraging, we know it is important to not become complacent at this point and continue to monitor Government advice in this regard.
