Looking to make a charitable donation to contribute towards the amazing programs and support that Mosaic Support Services provides?

At Mosaic Support Services we live our purpose of enriching and improving the lives of people with disabilities and their families by providing a suite of quality tailored programs. These programs include: supported independent living; short and medium term accommodation, emergency and planned respite and a myriad of programs from community access, holidays and short break experiences, life skill development and training. We also provide a range of bespoke programs for school-aged children including camps, school holiday activities, after school and social time options. At Mosaic Support Services living our Values enables us to attract and retain high-quality employees who in turn enact our Vision to enable our clients to Live Life My Way.

How do I make a donation?

Mosaic is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and donations can be claimed as tax deductions on your individual tax return each year. For more information on making tax deductions please visit the ATO website.

To make a charitable donation to Mosaic:

• Visit our Made by Mosaic shop at 91 Bathurst Street, Hobart Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5pm

• Write to us at 99 Bathurst Street, Hobart, Tasmania, 7000

• Call us on 03 6244 9444 Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5pm
