Lyndal Moore
INTERIM CHIEf executive officer
Lyndal commenced with Mosaic in October 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer after a short period acting in the role. She is currently Mosaic’s Interim CEO.
Lyndal has over 25 years of experience as a chartered accountant providing advice and compliance services to clients in both Melbourne and Hobart. Most recently Lyndal held the position of Director at KPMG Hobart and over the years has provided business services to a range of clients including companies, Not-For-Profits, and superannuation funds.
In addition, Lyndal has held senior roles in the Not-For-Profit sector, where she was a member of the Australian Red Cross board for 7 years and spent a term as Deputy President.
Lyndal is passionate about making a difference in the community and is keen to combine her experience in both the For-Profit and NFP sectors in leading the Finance Team at Mosaic.
Lyndal holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws, is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lynden Morley
GENERAL MANAGER – People & culture
Lynden joined Mosaic Support Services in August 2022, working closely with the Flexible Supports and Children’s Services service delivery teams as well as leading a number of continuous improvement P&C processes in recruitment, HR compliance and systems.
Lynden has an extensive background in human resources, workplace relations, organisational change, worker’s compensation, and recruitment.
Prior to joining Mosaic, Lynden held human resources and safety leadership positions in the NFP and transport sectors.
He holds a Batchelor of Business and Master of Human Resources which he completed during the lockdowns of Covid-19.
Lynden is passionate about empowering people and organisations in the not-for-profit sector, employee safety, health and wellbeing and making a real difference in our community.
Kellie Silver
General Manager – General Manager Service Delivery
Kellie has been with Mosaic since 2003, starting her career with the organisation as a Disability Support Worker. Through professional development opportunities with Mosaic, Kellie has been able to progress through Key Worker and Team Leader positions, before moving into to her current position. In 2009 Kellie was the winner of the NDS Inaugural Alex Tubb Disability Young Worker of the Year Award.
Kellie has a Bachelor of Arts with Professional Honours from the University of Tasmania, which provided formalised acknowledgement of her very extensive hands on experience working with people with disabilities.
Kellie’s passion lies in ensuring our clients have every opportunity to achieve their goals. With her portfolio encompassing the creative, health and wellbeing programs, camp, vacation care, social activities, skills based and individualised programs in Community Access, Kellie’s drive for continuous improvement and development of these programs means real progress is made in this area. This passion flows into the Respite Options space with her strong focus on short-term Respite stays giving opportunities for our clients to challenge expectations and achieve dreams aligned to their goals.
Ali Horner
general manager, operations
Ali commenced with Mosaic in 2006 as a Disabilty Support Worker in Community Access where she gained valuable experience working directly with clients.
Throughout her journey with Mosaic Ali has worked in several different roles in both the Service Delivery & Quality and Safeguarding Divisions. This has included General Manager Client Management, Head of Quality & Safeguarding and Senior Manager Home & Living.
Ali has Diplomas in Disability and Leadership & Management as well as qualifications in case management for clients with complex needs.
Ali is dedicated to ensuring quality supports that are a person-centred focused for all Mosaic clients and providing an inclusive and safe workplace for all staff.
