Future Pathways Program
What is Mosaic’s Future Pathways Program?
This program assists and supports clients to look at options, including further schooling or other education, work options (including volunteer work) or community access.
Future Pathways is a first step into the next chapter of their lives, exploring opportunities and gaining experience in new and exciting skills and activities.
Future Pathways was created as an option for individuals who have finished in the education system and are not sure what is next for them post school.
Who is the Future Pathways Program for?
This program is for individuals (aged up to 25 years old) who have finished their journey in the education system and are looking to further their learning and development.

Alternative hours can be negotiated through individuals NDIS plans and Mosaic.
Clients work at their own pace through this program and can attend anywhere between two and five days per week.
What will I learn in the program?
Working in a structured program, clients will explore who they are, their goals, and gain an understanding about what other people need and expect from them.

Regular assessments will be undertaken to assess and monitor client progress. All programs are designed specifically using these assessments.
What are the program outcomes for clients?
At the end of the Future Pathways Program, clients will walk away with a strong knowledge of who they are, with a detailed portfolio showcasing their skills and abilities, a plan of the direction they want their life to head, with a toolbox of skills to take on the journey to paid or volunteer employment, or Community Access options.
