Community Access - Made By Mosaic

Program overview
The Made by Mosaic Program offers clients the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operations of Mosaic’s social enterprise store. This program supports clients to be involved with the creation and making of products for Made by Mosaic, including quality and quantity control, designing of products and packaging, organising gift boxes, and any orders for the store.

Clients can expect to learn about retail and customer service in the way of gaining and enhancing their numeracy, literacy, and computer skills, managing online systems which will include data entry, ordering supplies, entering in new product descriptions, updating inventories, and the creation of product labels.
