The NDIS is an insurance scheme, jointly funded by the Australian and State Governments, designed to ensure that you have the support you need to live your best life.
The NDIS helps us to ensure you are at the center of your decision-making. It means that you have more choice and control over how, when, and where supports are provided. You can now design a plan that will help you reach your potential while also providing greater certainty that you will receive the support you need.
Mosaic is a registered provider of services under the NDIS which means that we can support you to develop an individually tailored program to help you achieve the goals you have established in your plan.

NDIS Code of Conduct
All employees of Mosaic Support Services are actively and consciously working to ensure we adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct, which has been created by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The Code of Conduct means that all providers of disability support services must act with integrity, honesty and transparency and most importantly, treat you with the respect you deserve. We want to be the best organisation we can be, for you, our clients.

Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP)
Mosaic Support services is a Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) provider and charge the relevant TTP rates as outlined in the NDIS price guides.
