Team Mosaic Support's SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY's Shorts Day

At Mosaic we celebrate diversity, and this includes those who live with mental health conditions. This year we are taking part in SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY’s first ever “Shorts Day” – a day that has been created to stand unified in breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide.

Talking about mental health can sometimes be uncomfortable. So, on the shortest day of the year, we come together to brave the cold… and brave the conversation..

You can get involved by wearing shorts on Friday June 21st, or by donating to the Team Mosaic Shorts Day Fundraiser but most of all, by promoting and welcoming safe and open conversations around mental health.
