Mosaic historic Pay Remediation Update June 2026
Dear Mosaic Disability Support Workers, past and present,
We would like to provide a further update regarding the Mosaic Pay Remediation process.
As discussed in our April communication, we have been finalising our processes and ensuring that all governance requirements have been completed prior to payment. We are now able to advise that these have been completed and we are ready to make payments to all current employees this week.
Prior to payment, current employees will receive an email which contains:
Their Individual Payment Statement outlining the total amount of wages owed for each financial year plus the amount of interest payable.
An updated FAQ document
A Summary of Issues document noting the issues that have been identified through the review.
The processes for paying former employees involve more complexity, as this includes the confirmation of various administrative details. These processes require refinement and testing to ensure they work as expected, which is expected to take a number of weeks. Following this former employees will start to be contacted about the steps required for their payment.
Please note that due to the merger of Mosaic Support Services and Able Australia communications about this Pay Review will now be sent from Able Australia.
