Pay Remediation Update

We remain committed to keeping you informed on the progress of Mosaic’s Pay Review Project.
Overview
The Project Team continues to work diligently to ensure accuracy and fairness in the calculation of entitlements. While some areas have presented unforeseen complexities, positive progress is being made.
Progress Since Our Last Update
We recently provided an update to the Fair Work Ombudsman.
Key developments include:
Enterprise Agreement Calculations: Testing and adjustments for annual leave top-up and sleep disturbance calculations are underway to ensure accuracy.
Data Testing: Approximately 50% of testing on the 2Cloud9 dataset is complete. Minor issues identified during this phase are being addressed promptly. After this phase, we will move to testing of the Sage dataset.
Calculation Methodology: We are ensuring that our detailed approach across all areas aligns with Fair Work Ombudsman expectations.
Communications Tool: A dedicated tool has been developed and endorsed to support consistent and transparent messaging.
Former Employee Engagement: We continue proactive communication with former employees via the Mosaic website and dedicated inbox to ensure they remain informed.
What’s Next
Testing and auditing of the calculation model is continuing. Once complete, we will have a clear understanding of individual pay liabilities. Unless other unexpected complexities arise, we anticipate making payments in the first quarter of 2026 following audit and verification processes.
