Mosaic Pay Review: Update March 2026

UPDATE 11 MARCH 2026

Dear Mosaic Disability Support Workers, past and present

Further to our update in November, we are pleased to advise that the Pay Review calculations are complete.  We are now undertaking a final review and check of the calculations and are preparing our processes and systems to make payments. 

We aim to remunerate current employees in the coming months.  From April 2026, we will begin to contact former employees about the steps required for their payment.

Since our last update, we have been busy with the following:

  • Finalised the testing of the calculation datasets.

  • Liaised with the Fair Work Ombudsman, providing updates and calculation data as requested.

  • Integrated IT support to prepare our systems to make the back payments.

  • Commenced creating a dedicated communications tool.

  • Sought final legal review of the calculation methodology.

A FAQs document has been prepared, providing answers to questions you may have. 

Please note that due to the merger of Mosaic Support Services and Able Australia communications about this Pay Review will now be sent from Able Australia.
